Upon arriving at the designated meeting location, York encountered an undercover operation conducted by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

According to municipal court records, prosecutors amended the original charge to disorderly conduct and possession of criminal tools. York pleaded no contest to both lesser offenses, which ran concurrently, and received a credit for one day served in jail. As part of the resolution, investigators returned his mobile phone, while $160 in cash seized during the arrest was ordered to be surrendered to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

NFL Personal Conduct Policy and Precedent

The NFL is reviewing the matter under its personal conduct policy, a league spokesperson confirmed to TMZ. According to The New York Times, the league’s personal conduct policy applies directly to franchise owners, leaving them subject to potential disciplinary action by the league.
