Expanded Fall Drink Lineup and Returning Favorites
The new pumpkin lineup features the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai, and Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha. These join returning fan favorites including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino blended beverage, as reported by Starbucks.
Beyond pumpkin, the Seattle-based coffee giant added a pecan-flavored collection featuring nutty flavors, rich brown-buttery notes, and baking spices. Customers can order the new Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte, and Pecan Crunch Latte starting August 25, according to corporate materials.
Banana Bread Inspirations and the New Chaider
Starbucks expanded its menu into banana-inspired flavors designed to mimic freshly baked treats, introducing the Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai. According to Starbucks, these drinks blend banana, cinnamon, and brown sugar notes and will remain available beyond the standard fall window. Additionally, the company launched the Chaider, a cider-inspired twist on traditional chai delivering cinnamon and sweet spice notes.
Fall Food and Grocery Offerings
The autumn menu includes a mix of sweet and savory food items, such as the new Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket, which features toasted whole wheat lavash flatbread packed with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and a creamy garlic herb cheese spread containing 20 grams of protein, according to Starbucks. Other additions include the Hedgehog Cake Pop—vanilla cake mixed with buttercream, dipped in chocolaty icing with chocolate sprinkles—and the returning Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, which features a spiced pumpkin muffin base, sweet cream cheese filling, and a sprinkling of chopped, spiced pepitas.

For consumers seeking at-home options, Starbucks noted that grocery stores now stock seasonal items including Starbucks Doubleshot Energy Pumpkin Spice, Starbucks Iced Espresso Pumpkin Spice Latte, and pumpkin spice-inspired creamers.
