Under the direction of President Carlos Luis Pirovano, INCAA has shifted its internal financial leadership to align with a new organizational structure. According to the official text of Resolution 324/2026, Valeria Alejandra Chrzastowski has been assigned the role of “COORDINADORA DE CONTABILIDAD” (Level B Grado 3 y Función Ejecutiva Nivel II). This appointment follows the termination of her previous role as Jefa de Contabilidad, which had been established under Resolution 208/2026.

Simultaneously, Florencia Pamela Motto Vitali has been designated as the “Jefa de Tesorería” (Nivel B Grado 1 y Función de Jefatura Nivel I). Her appointment replaces a previous contract approved via Resolution 237/2026. Both assignments are transitional and scheduled to remain in effect until March 9, 2027.

Staffing Changes and Administrative Adjustments

The restructuring includes the removal of Gustavo Martín Acosta from the position of Coordinador de Tesorería, a role he held under Resolution 208/2026. According to Resolution 324/2026, Acosta will remain a permanent staff member within the Treasury Department at Level D, Grade 6.

To facilitate these changes, the institute has granted Valeria Alejandra Chrzastowski a leave of absence without pay from her permanent staff position, as permitted by Decree 3413/79, while she performs her higher-ranking duties as Coordinator of Accounting. The resolution states that these administrative moves do not incur additional costs and are an exception to the prohibitions outlined in Decree 934/2025.

Recent INCAA Programming and Funding Initiatives

These leadership changes occur alongside active efforts to promote Argentine cinema through competitions and international festivals. According to records from the Boletín Oficial de la República Argentina, INCAA has recently implemented the following initiatives:

• Feature Film Competition: Resolution 256/2026 authorized the “CONCURSO DE LARGOMETRAJES: FICCIÓN Y DOCUMENTAL- 2° LLAMADO 2026”. This initiative allows producers to submit projects between July 14 and August 14, 2026, to receive funding and prizes aimed at fostering emerging creativity.
• Mar del Plata International Film Festival: Resolution 243/2026 extended the film submission deadline for the 41st Mar del Plata International Film Festival to July 15, 2026, following a request from the festival’s Artistic Direction.
