The penalized supermarket operates at 61 avenue Roger-Salengro in the Croix-Luizet district of Villeurbanne, sitting directly along the T6 tramway line within the Lyon metropolitan area.

According to findings from the DDPP’s competition, consumer affairs, and fraud control service (CCRF), inspectors identified numerous discrepancies regarding price tags displayed on products throughout the sales floor.

Violations of the French Consumer Code

State services noted that these pricing omissions and errors violate article 4 of the ministerial order dated December 3, 1987. That order governs consumer price information under article L.112-1 of the French Consumer Code.
