The Georgia Bulldogs and the Miami Hurricanes rounded out the AP top five at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
The Coaches Poll presented a slightly different configuration among the elite tier. While Ohio State and Penn State held the top two spots with 59 and six first-place votes respectively, the Georgia Bulldogs claimed the No. 3 position, followed by LSU at No. 4 and the Oregon Ducks at No. 5, according to FBSchedules.com.
