The permanent contract offers an 80 percent schedule structured around four days per week.

Role Specifics and Working Hours

The position requires no weekend shifts, providing a fixed weekly rhythm for the incoming staff member.

The facility integrates the aide-soignant into a multidisciplinary team focused on memory and geriatric fragility care. Responsibilities center on patient reception, hygiene, comfort, and daily support.

Core Responsibilities in the Care Unit

Staff members must execute relational care by adapting communication to diverse publics while upholding confidentiality.

Additional duties include:

  • Listening to patient needs and reformulating expectations regarding care
  • Assisting with mobility based on patient resources and mobilization techniques
  • Monitoring health status and reporting clinical changes
  • Helping with meals for patients experiencing physical or cognitive loss of autonomy
  • Cleaning and disinfecting immediate surroundings and care equipment to prevent healthcare-associated infections

Team Collaboration and Supervision

Staff members will also accompany and supervise interns while maintaining communication with patient families and support networks.

The successful candidate will contribute to personalized support projects and engage in service meetings and risk management protocols.

Candidate Profile Requirements

Prior experience in general medicine or geriatrics is preferred.
