Annually, 25 members will hold voting status while three will participate without voting, with voting designations rotating each year. Prominent departures from the roster include Rick Gosselin after 31 years of service, Frank Cooney after 33 years, Houston representative John McClain after 33 years, and Cleveland representative Tony Grossi after 31 years.
