Amserv Motors SIA has opened a new four-story vehicle warehouse and parking facility at Krasta iela 3 in Riga, adding 300 parking spaces to the local area after more than a year of expansion work. The 8,558-square-meter building combines a public ground-floor customer parking area under a roof with three upper levels dedicated to used car storage, while rooftop solar panels supply renewable energy to the dealership and service center.
Project Scope and Facility Layout
The newly commissioned structure spans a total area of 8,558 square meters along Krasta iela, addressing long-term development goals for Amserv Motors SIA to improve customer access and expand used vehicle capacity. The ground floor features a sheltered public parking zone designed for dealership visitors, flanked by an elevator installed to accommodate individuals with mobility impairments. The upper three levels house an expanded inventory of used cars, allowing the business to consolidate its vehicle selection into a single location. The development project cost and specific construction timeline figures were not detailed in the official company release, though local representatives confirmed the expansion took over a year to complete.
Ownership and Corporate Partnerships
Ownership of the new multi-story facility rests with the “Net Lease for Future Fund,” an investment vehicle managed by Nuve Partners. Raiko Uri, managing partner at Nuve Partners, stated that the firm appreciates contributing to the Krasta iela streetscape through the use of sustainable building materials and expressed satisfaction with the collaboration alongside Amserv Motors SIA in delivering build-to-suit real estate for the tenant. Ints Pērkons, chairman of the board and director at Amserv Motors SIA, noted that the parking structure represents a vital investment in customer convenience and operational growth, shielding visitors from adverse weather while streamlining regional used car stock.

Architectural Design and Integration
Architectural planning and project design were led by Ivars Krēgers from the architectural firm DEPO projekts SIA. According to Krēgers, the structure was engineered to form a compatible ensemble with the existing dealership building without dominating the surrounding urban fabric. The design prioritizes spatial efficiency to maximize vehicle capacity while utilizing durable construction materials intended to last for decades. The exterior styling reflects a rational approach to commercial zoning along Riga’s transit corridors, balancing functional requirements with aesthetic cohesion.
Rooftop Solar Integration and Energy Profile
As part of the Amserv group’s broader push toward energy efficiency in the Baltic region, photovoltaic panels cover 40 percent of the parking structure’s upper roof level. The installation is projected to generate approximately 132 megawatt-hours (MWh) of electricity annually. Ints Pērkons confirmed that all energy produced by the solar array will feed directly into the autocenter and service department for self-consumption, cutting down on grid electricity purchases for daily operational needs.
