Despite acknowledging the heightened risk environment, Macron dismissed reports that the United States Central Intelligence Agency had issued specific warnings to France regarding an impending Russian drone attack. “We can deny that information, the CIA has not sent that warning,” Macron said during the broadcast.
The French leader emphasized that Russia is actively multiplying hostile and criminal acts across Europe.
