Superstudio Events has acquired a majority stake in Spring Studios New York LLC, taking over operations of the prominent TriBeCa venue and expanding its experiential event portfolio internationally.

Acquisition Details and Financial Structure

The cross-border transaction positions Superstudio Events to integrate the teams and assets of Spring Studios New York LLC into its global operations. Under the terms of the agreement, Superstudio Events has established a defined schedule to acquire the remaining minority stake in the TriBeCa-based management company over time.

The deal excludes several assets associated with the broader Spring ecosystem.

Financial backing for the expansion was coordinated through Deutsche Bank S.p.A., which served as the financial advisor for Superstudio. Capital For Progress Advisory S.r.l. acted as the debt advisor for the transaction. Deutsche Bank S.p.A. and Simest S.p.A. structured and provided a committed financing package to support the acquisition, while the law firm Cozen O’Connor advised Superstudio Events on all legal aspects of the deal.

TriBeCa Venue History and Global Expansion Plans

Located in TriBeCa, Spring Studios New York has served as a cultural anchor for major international events across fashion, art, and entertainment. The venue regularly hosts high-profile productions and gatherings, including the New York Fashion Week, the Tribeca Festival, and the Independent Art Fair, alongside commercial projects for brands such as Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Moncler, and Pirelli.
