ALTICOME Recruits Community Manager Apprentice for Eco-Friendly Stationery Brand in Rennes
ALTICOME, a business school specializing in work-study programs in Rennes, is recruiting a Community Manager apprentice for a partner brand specializing in eco-friendly, French-made stationery starting in September 2026.
Role and Core Responsibilities
The selected apprentice will work directly alongside a company supervisor to build and execute digital marketing strategies for an environmentally conscious boutique. Product lines include daily organizational tools such as agendas, notebooks, organizers, pencils, and related accessories. Daily duties outlined by ALTICOME include managing and growing the brand’s presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, producing visual and editorial assets, capturing product photography and video content, and establishing a structured editorial calendar. Additional responsibilities involve drafting engaging social media stories and posts, highlighting commercial highlights and new collections, and contributing to overall digital communication campaigns.
Candidate Requirements and Profile
Applicants must hold a minimum of a Bac+2 diploma or equivalent and intend to enroll in the school’s Digital Marketing Bachelor program. ALTICOME seeks candidates demonstrating strong written expression, impeccable spelling, autonomy, and organizational rigor. While prior experience in digital communication or content creation is considered a bonus, motivation and a strong personal interest in e-commerce, digital communication, and sustainable lifestyles are primary evaluation criteria. Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Photoshop, alongside foundational knowledge in SEO and GEO, is also desired.
Four-Step Recruitment Procedure
The hiring process managed by ALTICOME is structured into four distinct phases. Candidates must first submit an application for the September 2026 intake. Following application reviews, pre-selected candidates participate in an initial telephone screening. Successful applicants then attend an individual interview with a Corporate Relations Manager—such as Diane Auffret or Carine Courteille, depending on the specific program channel—to discuss career goals and motivations. The final step involves transmitting approved candidate profiles directly to the partner enterprise for final hiring decisions.
