Third Point Leads Massive $3.36 Billion Convertible Note Financing

Immediate Capital Infusion and Nvidia’s $1 Billion Commitment

Led by hedge fund Third Point, the investment includes $2.36 billion available immediately to the company, alongside an additional $1 billion coming from existing investor Nvidia, which Nscale is scheduled to receive in mid-November. According to the company’s announcement, these notes will automatically convert into equity shares once the initial public offering is completed.

Targeting a $35 Billion Valuation on the New York Stock Exchange

Nscale filed its initial public offering paperwork the prior week and is expected to achieve a valuation of $35 billion on the New York Stock Exchange, the Financial Times reported. The company is also seeking to raise $3 billion through the public offering itself, according to Bloomberg data.

Global Data Center Expansion Backed by $103 Billion in Contracts

Since its spin-out from Australian cryptocurrency mining firm Arkon Energy two years ago, Nscale has amassed over $103 billion worth of contracts, as detailed in its regulatory filing. The firm is actively developing several large-scale data center campuses, including sites located in Norway and West Virginia, to support surging artificial intelligence workloads.
