Wanderlust Italy 2026: Mindful Triathlon and Village Return to Rome’s EUR District

Wanderlust Italy 2026 will host its final leg at Parco del Ninfeo in Rome’s EUR district on October 3, featuring its signature Mindful Triathlon alongside a new alcohol-free social event. Organized by the experiential marketing agency 2night with the patronage of Roma Capitale, the Rome event marks the conclusion of a national tour that previously stopped in Venice and Milan, according to event organizers.

Growth of Rome’s Mindful Community

Participation in the Rome gathering has climbed steadily over recent years, moving from over 3,200 attendees in 2023 to more than 4,300 in 2025 across the Mindful Triathlon and the accompanying Village. Simone Tomaello, co-founder of 2night, noted that Rome serves as a fitting final stop due to its deep connection to open public spaces. “Roma chiude ogni anno il viaggio di Wanderlust in Italia, ma non è mai semplicemente una tappa finale,” Tomaello stated, describing the event as a shared, accessible experience centered on movement, yoga, and meditation.

The Mindful Triathlon and Main Stage Lineup

The core of the October 3 event is the Wanderlust 108 format, combining a 5-kilometer run or walk, a collective yoga session on the Main Stage, and a guided meditation. The morning begins with a village opening and a live-music-backed warm-up for the 5K, followed by afternoon sessions and a mindful lunch.

Yoga flow sessions will be led by Roberto Milletti and Francesca Cassia, founders of Odaka Yoga. Meg Vibes will present somatic movement through her Body of Elements, while Michela Maltoni will guide a body-awareness practice. Francesca Carol Rolla will lead the closing meditation of the triathlon, accompanied by a sound bath concert from Sara Usai. Additional speakers include Livia Laguz Marigliano, whose intervention is inspired by shamanic tradition, and filmmaker and communicator Thomas Torelli, who will discuss the relationship between humans, nature, and awareness.

Wanderlust Village and Over 40 Wellness Experiences

Surrounding the Main Stage, the Wanderlust Village will feature a Gratitude Stage and four dedicated thematic areas: Move, Reset, Explore, and Studio. The Studio area includes programming from 13 local yoga partner studios. More than 40 distinct experiences will be available, spanning somatic movement, Kalaripayattu, Zen Warrior, Pilates Reformer, and pole dance.

Attendees can also access relaxation therapies including breathwork, reiki, sound baths, reflexology, and massages. Personal care and esoteric workshops—such as face yoga, armochrome styling, henna body art, tarot reading, astrology, and energetic cartography—round out the village offerings. The grounds also host the Kula Market for independent crafts and the True North Café, which serves vegetarian and vegan food options.

Debut of the Evening Wander Party

Running from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the new Wander Party will close out the day at the golden hour. Designed as an alcohol-free social gathering open to the public by reservation, the evening features DJ sets, tribal dance, live performance art, aerialists, body painting, live sketching, and mocktails.
