The Backstreet Boys have scheduled a ten-show concert residency in Düsseldorf under the title “Backstreet Boys – Into The Millennium – Homecoming: Live in Germany,” prompting the group to issue a specific wardrobe request for the audience. According to band member Brian Littrell, concertgoers are asked to wear white outfits for the performances.
Concert Dates and Ticket Availability in Düsseldorf
The upcoming performances mark the group’s only European concert dates for 2026. The ten shows are scheduled at the Merkur Spiel-Arena for September 25, 26, 27, 29, and 30, as well as October 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7, 2026.
The White and Baby Blue Dress Code
In a video message released in late July, Brian Littrell instructed fans on the preferred attire, stating, “Düsseldorf, you gotta wear white” and asking attendees to come in their “finest white outfit.” The band aims to recreate the visual aesthetic from their ongoing residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, where audiences frequently dress entirely in white. While the group expressed a preference for a “sea of white,” Littrell noted that wearing a small amount of baby blue is also acceptable. Organizers and reporting from regional news outlets clarify that the dress code is a request from the band rather than a mandatory requirement for venue entry.
Tour Context and Future Las Vegas Dates
The concert series centers on the celebration of the group’s successful 1999 album “Millennium.” Following the conclusion of the European dates in Düsseldorf, the “Into The Millennium” era will continue in the United States, with the band announcing additional performances in Las Vegas scheduled for December 2026 and January 2027.
