October 7: The campaign expands to residents aged 80 and older receiving both vaccines, as well as highly dependent homebound individuals and their primary caregivers receiving the influenza vaccine.
October 14: Eligibility opens for adults aged 70 and older receiving both vaccines, alongside individuals aged 18 to 59 with underlying health conditions or risk factors.
October 21: Vaccination extends to all adults aged 60 and older for influenza, as well as specific occupational groups including law enforcement, firefighters, prison staff, and animal handlers.

To improve uptake, the Andalusian Health Service (SAS) introduces walk-in vaccination days throughout November and December 2026. Six open-door sessions will occur on Wednesdays starting November 11 and running through December 16, supplemented by two large weekend “supersaturday” events at regional shopping centers.
