Note regarding the validity of the generated source code

However, for the reasons mentioned below, criterion 8.2 of the RGAA corresponding to this point has been marked as compliant.

Officially, criterion 4.1.1 of the WCAG relating to this criterion 8.2 of the RGAA has been deleted from WCAG 2.2 and must be considered as still satisfied with regard to WCAG 2.1 as well as the European standard EN 301 549.

In practice, this criterion no longer has any benefit for accessibility for disabled people. Possible accessibility problems emanating from the non-validity of the generated source code being covered by other criteria of the RGAA.
