“My claims that Mr. Carter and Mr. Combs raped me while a third celebrity watched are untrue,” the woman stated in court, according to documentation provided by NOS News.
During her testimony, she added a crucial detail. She received no financial compensation for submitting the retraction. She also acknowledged that she had never even been in the vicinity of the two artists.

The original allegations surfaced when the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z, legally known as Shawn Carter, alongside Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The complaint claimed the assault occurred at a post-party following the 2000 MTV Music Awards, at a time when she was just thirteen years old.
