Alex Warren Releases New Single “Fever Dream” Ahead of Third Album
Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Alex Warren has released his new single, “Fever Dream,” marking the first taste of his upcoming third album. The track arrives following the success of his #1 hit single, “Ordinary,” which he performed at the Grammy Awards earlier this month.
About “Fever Dream”
“Fever Dream” explores the feeling of falling for someone when you’ve almost given up on finding love. The lyrics depict a captivating and almost surreal connection, described as “somethin’ like a fever dream.”

“Left the room the second that you walked in, somethin’ like a fever dream / Haven’t slept in weeks, I reckon I’m seeing things / Like our shadows dancing us out of our clothes / I’ll be damned if you love me, damned if you don’t.”
From Hype House to Grammy Nomination
Warren rose to prominence as a founding member of the TikTok collective Hype House from 2019 to 2022. He began his independent music career in 2021, later signing with Atlantic Records in 2022. His 2024 single, “Burning Down,” from his debut EP, You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), reached the Billboard Hot 100. He followed this success with “Ordinary” in 2025, which topped the Billboard Hot 100 charts, as well as charts in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
