Andrade Announces New Independent wrestling Date
andrade has a new independent wrestling date announced.
House of Glory revealed on Monday that the former WWE star will compete at their No Turning Back event on February 20, 2026, in new York City.
“On Friday, february 20, 2026, Andrade El Idolo steps into a HOG ring in New York City!!!,” they wrote.
Andrade made a surprise appearance over the weekend during a HOG event,confronting HOG World Champion Charles Mason.He then laid out Mason and posed with the championship,signaling a future title match.
The last few months have been tumultuous for Andrade, who WWE fired for cause in September. He attempted to return to AEW soon after, but WWE invoked a one-year no-compete clause upon his firing, preventing him from wrestling elsewhere.Fightful reported on monday that andrade secured a waiver from WWE through a new lawyer, allowing him to sign with any promotion.
Along with his surprise appearance at HOG, Andrade will wrestle at NJPW Strong New Beginnings USA on January 27.
