Anker Nano Power Bank Review: Built-In Cable and 45W Fast Charging

The Anker Nano power bank with integrated extension cable and display costs a total of 1,112 CZK on the Alza portal after the discount code ALZADNY20 instead of the original 1,390 CZK, as the portal stated. The device offers a capacity of 10,000 mAh and a maximum output of 45 W via USB-Power Delivery, thus responding to the common problem of users who forget charging cables on the go.

Anker Nano specifications and performance

The main attraction of the power bank is the built-in USB-C cable, which extends like a tape measure up to a length of 70 cm. According to the manufacturer, this mechanism is designed for 20,000 uses. The cable is bidirectional, which means that it is used to charge connected electronics as well as to replenish the battery itself.

In addition to the built-in cable, the device body also contains one separate USB-C port and one USB-A port. Users can connect up to three devices at once, with a maximum output power of 45 W via the Power Delivery standard on both the cable and the free USB-C port. The USB-A port can deliver 22.5 W. When charging multiple devices simultaneously, the total power is divided to a maximum of 22.5 W, while when connecting three ports, it drops to 7.5 W for each output.

Display and design limitations

The device features a hidden display under a dark surface that is only activated when in use. It provides information about the current power in watts, remaining charging time, temperature, capacity in percent, battery status, and number of completed charging cycles. The power bank itself charges with up to 30 W, and the manufacturer claims a full charge in two hours. It also supports pass-through charging, in which the power bank connected to the network also powers the phone.

Despite its compact name, the Nano measures 81 x 50 x 36 mm, is shaped like a smaller cube, and weighs 230 grams. According to customer reviews, it is heavier and thicker than other models with the same capacity, making it difficult to carry in your pants pockets, although it fits easily in a backpack or bag.

Frequently asked questions
