Judge Alessandro Moneti ordered a security measure of conditional release with mandatory outpatient therapy in June 2025, requiring Innocenti’s family to fund the neurological treatment program. Medical personnel recommended transitioning the patient to a day-care hospital setting following an initial inpatient stay. Under the current schedule managed by defense counsel Patrizio Fioravanti, Innocenti spends his days at the clinic and his nights at home with his parents.
