Ticket Ballot Details

Ballot Process and Eligibility

The ticket ballot is exclusively for Arsenal members. Members can register individually or as a group of up to four, provided all members meet the necessary requirements. Entering the ballot at any point during the registration window does not affect the chances of success.

Family Area

Silver and Red ballot participants can indicate their interest in being balloted for the family-oriented area located in blocks 28, 29, and half of block 30. Availability is limited, and groups may be allocated to other areas.

Price Band Preferences

Eligible members can select up to two preferred price bands during registration. If unsuccessful in their preferred bands, they can opt to be considered for any remaining areas.

Important Note: Applications will be unsuccessful if the payment card is declined.

Ticket Exchange and Transfer

Access to the Ticket Exchange will be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballots. Further details regarding access for other members will be communicated on a match-by-match basis. Season ticket holders can transfer their tickets to family and friends through the Arsenal app’s Ticket Hub.

Both the Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services will close three hours before kickoff, unless otherwise stated. Recipients of transferred tickets must accept them before the deadline; otherwise, the ticket will be automatically accepted on their behalf.
