Villa Pacifici Acquisition Under Consideration

Recent discussions have focused on the potential acquisition of Villa Pacifici in Marino del Tronto. President Passeri met with representatives from Harahel, the owners of the villa, and Mayor Marco Fioravanti to evaluate the purchase of the historic complex. The property encompasses approximately 2,500 square meters of covered space, including a small church and dovecote, set within a 14,000 square meter park featuring valuable trees, sculptures, and an artificial lake. The club is also addressing the ownership structure of Picchio Village, Ascoli Calcio’s sports center. Discussions are pending the return of Marisa Bellini, widow of the late Francesco Bellini, to revisit the existing arrangement. Currently, Fb Holding, controlled by the Bellini heirs, holds the majority stake in Picchio Village, with Ascoli Calcio owning 20% and entrepreneur Gianluca Ciccoianni holding the remaining share. Potential for New Infrastructure in Campolungo

Further expansion is being considered with a building plot located near Picchio Village in the Campolungo area, currently owned by a banking institution. Approximately ten years ago, Francesco Bellini envisioned the creation of a hotel or guesthouse on this land to accommodate the team and support sporting activities.
