The Los Angeles-based technology services provider, which is part of Alexander’s Global Group Inc., built the expansion on top of its existing portfolio spanning cloud computing, custom software development, and cybersecurity.

Deploying Enterprise AI and Automated Workflows
The new artificial intelligence service line targets rising enterprise demand for automated operations. The portfolio spans generative AI tools, AI agents and automated workflows, enterprise AI platforms, computer vision systems, voice AI applications, and machine learning infrastructure.
“Our clients increasingly want software that can automate complex tasks,” said Alexander Prince, founder and CEO of ASI TECH INC. Prince emphasized that the AI rollout builds directly upon the firm’s established foundation in software and cloud infrastructure.
Advancing Hardware R&D Through ASI TECH LABS
To spearhead its physical automation efforts, the company established an internal research and development initiative designated as ASI TECH LABS. This division focuses on advanced robotics, covering robotics software, machine perception, motion planning and control, and human-robot interaction.
The development roadmap targets both industrial and service robotics applications. Over the longer term, the division plans to explore humanoid robot technologies.
Managing Complex International Regulatory Frameworks
As the firm ventures deeper into automation, legal considerations remain paramount. Rizwan Fouzder, legal head of ASI TECH INC. and A&R Crown Legal Inc., highlighted the regulatory environment surrounding these emerging technologies.
Fouzder noted that artificial intelligence and robotics face evolving rules concerning data privacy, safety, and accountability across international markets.
Global Scale and Diversified Parent Operations
ASI TECH INC. currently employs approximately 400 personnel, delivering digital transformation, automation, and IT support services to business and consumer clients worldwide. The enterprise operates alongside its technology support platform, GeekOnSites (GOS).
Parent entity Alexander’s Global Group Inc. manages operations across multiple sectors, including technology, construction, imports and exports, and fashion, under the direction of Prince.
