ADP is currently seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Treasury Analyst to join its Treasury Banking and Operations team in El Paso, Texas. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of funds and ensuring accurate financial transactions for ADP’s US-based clients.

What You’ll Do

As an associate Treasury Analyst, your daily responsibilities will center around the accurate and timely execution of financial processes. Key tasks include:

  • Transaction Processing: Monitoring and executing the movement of funds across multiple accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with team members and both internal and external partners to facilitate smooth cash management operations.
  • Analysis & Reporting: reviewing and analyzing reports and system data to monitor bank balances, identify potential overdrafts, and forecast future cash positions.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with job requirements, standard operating procedures, and ADP’s product offerings.
  • institution & Time Management: Effectively managing workload and meeting all deadlines.

  • Prior experience in banking, treasury, or cash management.
  • Familiarity with Legacy and SAP applications is preferred.

  • A foundational understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in processing ACH and wire transfers.
  • Strong interpersonal and dialogue skills, with the ability to build professional relationships.

Location and Work Model
