Family Challenges Declaration of Death
Although, the family of Christopher Robinson Jr. Disputes the declaration of his death. Attorney B’Ivory LaMarr, representing the family, stated on March 5, 2026, that Robinson remains on life support according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. LaMarr expressed hope for a miracle even as acknowledging the severity of Robinson’s condition. Robinson was at the hospital seeking treatment for hip pain, accompanied by his mother, and girlfriend.
Security Breach and Hospital Response
An internal review by Aurora Sinai revealed that while the hospital’s metal detectors were functioning, security staff failed to follow protocol by not using a handheld screening wand on the suspect as detailed in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
