Azerion Austria Expands DOOH Network with Airtango Fitness Screens

Azerion Austria is significantly expanding its digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising network through a latest partnership with Airtango Media. The collaboration will add 436 screens across 77 fitness centers in eight Austrian federal states, bolstering Azerion’s position as a leading provider of digital and programmatically bookable outdoor advertising in Austria.

Increased Reach and Advertising Contacts

This expansion increases the total number of digital screens within Azerion’s DOOH network to over 5,800. The company anticipates the new screens will generate up to 6.9 million gross advertising contacts per month [sportsbusiness.at], reaching approximately 65% of the Austrian population aged 14 to 75 [invidis.de].

Targeted Advertising in a High-Attention Environment

The fitness centers hosting these screens include well-known chains like Clever Fit and Speedfit, as well as premium studios [internetworld.at]. Advertisers can leverage location and radius-based targeting to reach an active, health-conscious audience. The screens will display a mix of advertising formats, including video spots, display ads, and content related to weather, nutrition, and interactive elements [invidis.de].

Booking Options and Programmatic Capabilities

Advertising slots are available for booking through traditional insertion orders (IO) and programmatically. Azerion Austria serves as the sole secondary marketer for programmatic campaigns within the country [sportsbusiness.at]. The screens will operate 18 hours a day, seven days a week.
