The league phase schedule, running from September 22 through December 16, provides Barcelona with a favorable opening slate. According to Associated Press reporting, the club will host Paris FC and Servette at home, alongside trips to face Bayern Munich, Roma, and Danish side HB Køge. Arsenal’s schedule features home fixtures against eight-time champion OL Lyonnes, Benfica, and Køge, coupled with away matches at Paris FC and Inter Milan.

Meanwhile, beaten 2024-25 finalist OL Lyonnes faces a demanding path. According to Associated Press, the French powerhouse will travel to face Arsenal, Juventus, and Servette, while hosting Chelsea, Women’s Europa Cup winner Häcken, and Inter Milan. English champion Manchester City’s schedule includes home matches against Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, and Austria Vienna, alongside away fixtures at Bayern, Häcken, and Inter.

Real Madrid rounds out the heavyweight fixtures by hosting both Paris clubs and Inter Milan, complemented by away trips to Bayern, Roma, and Manchester City, as reported by Associated Press.

Tournament Format and Financial Distribution

The revamped 18-team league phase format requires clubs to play six rounds of matches concluding on December 16. According to Associated Press, the top four teams in the standings at the conclusion of December will advance directly to the quarterfinals in March. Clubs finishing from fifth to 12th will enter the knockout playoffs scheduled for February, with the ultimate final slated for late May at Poland’s national stadium in Warsaw.

An additional 5.6 million euros ($6.5 million) is allocated for the Women’s Europa Cup, the second-tier competition won last year by Häcken.
