Barron Trump, the 20-year-old son of former President Donald Trump, has been appointed as a director for Sollos Yerba Mate Inc., a new beverage company based in Palm Beach, Florida. The company, which focuses on producing yerba mate – a caffeinated herbal tea popular in South America – was incorporated in December, according to state business records.

Registration documents filed in both Florida and Delaware list Barron Trump and four other individuals – Spencer Bernstein, Rudolfo Castello, Stephen Hall and Valentino Gomez – as directors of Sollos Yerba Mate Inc. The company’s registered address is located a few blocks north of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach.

Barron Trump, who turned 20 on March 20, is currently a student at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He graduated from Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach in May 2024.
