BCCI Naman Awards 2026: Celebrating Indian Cricket Triumphs
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will host the annual Naman Awards 2026 on Sunday, March 15th, in New Delhi. The ceremony will honor five Indian cricket teams for their recent ICC title wins, marking a historic first for Indian cricket.
Honoring a Year of Success
The BCCI Naman Awards 2026 will recognize the achievements of the following teams:
- India Women’s ODI Team: Winners of the 2025 Women’s World Cup.
- India Men’s Team: Champions of the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy.
- India Under-19 Men’s Team: Winners of the 2026 Cricket World Cup.
- India Under-19 Women’s Team: Defending champions of the Women’s U-19 T20 World Cup (2025).
- India Men’s T20 Team: Led by Suryakumar Yadav, winners of the 2026 T20 World Cup. India now holds five ICC titles simultaneously.
Key Awardees
In addition to the team felicitations, individual awards will be presented:
- Shubman Gill: Will receive the Polly Umrigar Award for Best International Cricketer (Men) for the 2024-25 season.
- Smriti Mandhana: Will be honored as the Best International Cricketer (Women).
- Rahul Dravid: Will receive the Col. C.K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award.
- Mithali Raj: Will be honored with the BCCI Lifetime Achievement Award for Women.
