Kamu Kirk secured the Week 3 Head of Household title on Big Brother Season 28, according to live feed reports and Gold Derby. The victory gives Kirk the power to name three nominees for eviction following a chaotic round of the game.
The Week 3 Head of Household Win
Following the live eviction of Rome Seymour by a 12-1 vote over Melody Morris—which featured a rogue ballot cast by Taylor Brown—the live feeds returned without an active HOH, according to Gold Derby. Kamu Kirk ultimately won the competition, giving him less than a day to confer with alliance members and select his three eviction nominees before the Power of Veto competition.
Alliance Strategy and Nominations
Strategy in the house shifted immediately after the feeds returned. Mallory Aurichio and Melody discussed targeting Rick Devens if either won power, while Dee Valladares appealed directly to television viewers to grant Devens a protective power, stating on the feeds according to Gold Derby, “They’re coming for him, but I will go to war with him.” Meanwhile, Angela Murray celebrated the end of her punishment period, shedding the egg suit she had been required to wear.
