Black Friday: How Czechs Are Shopping This Year
Black Friday traditionally falls on the last Friday of November in the US,but Czech merchants have expanded the sales event to cover almost the entire month. This year, shopping habits are shifting.
A recent Revolut survey reveals that 39% of Czech shoppers plan to focus their Black Friday purchases online. Another 22% intend to shop primarily in physical stores.
Alza.cz, the largest Czech e-shop, found that 27% of Czechs are definitely planning to buy somthing during the sales. A notable 55% are waiting to see what offers become available before making a decision.

Many retailers are extending their Black Friday promotions beyond the customary timeframe, some even running deals into December. Discounts aren’t limited to typical goods; expect to find offers on experiences like tours, events, and even custom-made items like kitchens and furniture.
