Clohars-Carnoët Blood Donation Association Elects New President

On Thursday, March 5, 2026, the voluntary blood donation association of Clohars-Carnoët (Finistère), Sang%, held its general meeting. The meeting served as an opportunity to review the past year and outline future goals.

A key moment during the assembly was the acknowledgment of Alain Le Guellec’s departure after sixteen years as president of the association. The Sang% association office expressed its gratitude for his dedicated service.

The meeting was attended by Jean-Yves Le Guen, co-president of the departmental union, and Hubert Le Maout, vice-president of the voluntary blood donation association of Moëlan-sur-Mer (Finistère).

Alain Le Guellec reflected on the association’s history, stating, “In 2009, we created the association with Denise Le Moigne. In 16 years, I have held several positions and today I am leaving the presidency of the association.”
