Montana State Volleyball Trio Earns Academic All-District Honors

Montana State University volleyball standouts Lauren Lindseth, Madilyn Siebler, and Karli Heidemann have been recognized for their excellence both on and off the court, being selected to the 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women’s Volleyball Teams by College Sports Communicators (CSC). This prestigious award acknowledges student-athletes who demonstrate remarkable academic and athletic achievement. The CSC Academic All-America® program recognizes honorees across NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, and also NAIA.

Lauren Lindseth: A Defensive leader
Lauren Lindseth, a native of Great Falls, Montana, earned Second Team All-Big Sky Conference honors in the 2024 season. She was instrumental in leading the Bobcats to their eighth consecutive Big Sky Conference Tournament appearance. Lindseth excelled defensively, leading the Big Sky Conference in both overall (4.68) and league (4.78) matches with her impressive dig average. Her consistent performance earned her four Big Sky Player of the Week awards throughout the season.
Lindseth concluded her MSU career as the second all-time leader in digs with 1,987, ranking fifth in Big Sky Conference history. She also ranks ninth in MSU history with 124 career aces. Lindseth is pursuing a degree in kinesiology/exercise science.
Madilyn Siebler: Contributing on Both Sides of the Net
Madilyn siebler, an outside hitter from Omaha, Nebraska, is a microbiology/pre-med major at Montana State. During the 2024 fall season, Siebler contributed with 2.04 kills and 1.55 digs per set. She had a standout performance against Montana, recording a season-high 21 kills in a 3-2 victory. She also achieved a season-best 17 digs against Idaho State.
Karli Heidemann: Leading the Bobcats’ Offense
Karli Heidemann, a sophomore outside hitter from Diller, Nebraska, was a key offensive force for the Bobcats in the 2024 season. She played and started in all 28 matches, leading the team with 323 kills, averaging 3.02 per set. Heidemann also contributed defensively with 239 digs, averaging 2.23 per contest. she recorded a season-high 21 kills against Northern arizona and 18 digs at Portland State. Heidemann is also majoring in kinesiology/exercise science.

These accolades highlight the commitment to academic excellence within the Montana State University volleyball program. Lindseth,Siebler,and Heidemann will now be considered for the Academic All-America® teams,continuing to represent MSU with distinction.The Bobcats volleyball team is poised for continued success, both on the court and in the classroom.
