Bochum Marketing Recognized for “Dino City III” and “Your Football Weekend in Bochum” Campaigns
Bochum Marketing GmbH has been honored with the Public Marketing Award for its successful marketing campaigns, “Dino City III” and “Your Football Weekend in Bochum.” The awards were presented at a ceremony held at the Hotel Hafen Hamburg in mid-February.
Award Recognition
“Dino City III” received a Silver award in the Public Marketing Award competition. The project also earned Silver status in the categories of “Engagement” and “Media Integration,” along with Bronze awards for “Storytelling” and “Originality.” “Your Football Weekend in Bochum” was recognized as a “Finalist” in all four categories.
Award Details
The Public Marketing Award is presented by Public Marketing, a trade magazine in the industry. The selection process involved a multi-stage evaluation by a jury of 16 experts and a prominent Executive Jury, setting new standards for innovation and impact in city marketing. The best communication projects and outstanding city marketing campaigns from German-speaking countries were selected in December 2024.
Bochum Marketing’s Representation
Monic Minavi, Stefanie Rolf (both Project Management for “Dino City III”), Julia Wittmann (Head of City Marketing) and Christian Krumm (Head of Communication) represented Bochum Marketing GmbH at the awards ceremony and accepted the honors.
“Some very exciting projects and creative campaigns from all over Germany were honored this evening. We are very proud that we were called to the stage twice to receive the certificates and the award,” said Christian Krumm. “The fact that Dino City III is even among the top 5 of the awarded projects of the year is a very special recognition of our work.”
