Borisov: Budget‘s future hinges on Consensus

I stated this budget wouldn’t be reviewed. Consider it withdrawn. Nothing will happen until we reach an understanding with unions, employers, and other parties,” he said, responding to PP-DB’s calls for the official withdrawal of the financial framework.

He outlined three potential paths forward. The first is the formal withdrawal of the budget. The second involves reaching an agreement with trade union and employer structures,including on contentious issues like the dividend tax.
