Bruce Springsteen Brings ‘Land of Hope & Dreams’ Tour to Portland’s Moda Center
Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band are set to perform at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, on April 3, 2026, as part of their “Land of Hope & Dreams American Tour.” The concert is part of a larger politically charged tour that began in Minneapolis and will conclude in Washington, D.C.
A Politically Charged Tour
Springsteen described the tour as “political and very topical about what’s going on in the country,” in an interview with the Minnesota Star Tribune [1]. The tour’s launch followed a “No Kings” rally in St. Paul, Minnesota, and was inspired by the nationwide outcry over the shooting deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti by federal officers. Springsteen released the song “Streets of Minneapolis” in January 2026 in response to the incident.
Portland Stop and Focus on ICE
Springsteen announced in March that Portland and Los Angeles were selected as tour stops due to their experiences with ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) [1]. He intends to address current issues facing the country, culminating in remarks directed towards the White House at the tour’s final performance in Washington, D.C.
Livestream and Ticket Information
The first two songs of the Minneapolis concert on April 1st were livestreamed for free on YouTube [1]. Tickets for the Portland concert at the Moda Center went on sale Saturday, February 2026 [4].
Springsteen’s Legacy and Activism
Recognized as a 20-time Grammy Award winner and one of Rolling Stone’s 100 Greatest Artists, Springsteen has consistently used his platform to advocate for social and political causes [3]. He is a vocal supporter of LGBTQ+ rights, gender equality, and government transparency.
