BURLINGTON, N.C. – Authorities have arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault reported in May 2015 involving a juvenile victim.Harry Ledale Teel, 58, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree forcible rape and first-degree kidnapping.Teh Burlington Police Department initiated the inquiry nearly a decade ago, and it remained ongoing due to the complex analysis of evidence.
Teel is currently being held without bond at the Alamance County Detention Facility.
