California Workers’ Compensation Fee Schedule Updated for March 2026

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) has announced updates to the Physician and Non-Physician Practitioner Services section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule (OMFS). These changes, incorporating updated Medi-Cal rates, will be effective for services rendered on or after March 1, 2026.

Key Updates to the OMFS

  • Updated Medi-Cal Rates: The OMFS now includes the 12/15/2025, 1/15/2026 and 2/15/2026 Medi-Cal Rates tables.
  • Hyperlink Corrections: Hyperlinks within the schedule have been corrected for improved navigation.
  • Duplicate Section Removal: A duplicate section (m) has been deleted to ensure clarity and accuracy.
