Canadiens Lineup: Bolduc, Struble Return as Dobes Starts Against Bruins

MONTREAL – The Montreal Canadiens will see the return of forwards Zachary Bolduc and defenseman Jayden Struble to the lineup tonight against the Boston Bruins. Goaltender Jakub Dobes will too get the start in net for Montreal, head coach Martin St-Louis confirmed Tuesday morning.

Lineup Adjustments

Bolduc will skate on a line with Jake Evans and Alexandre Texier. Struble will be paired alongside Lane Hutson on defense. This marks Bolduc’s return to the lineup after being a healthy scratch in the previous game against the Anaheim Ducks Let’s Go Habs.

Patrik Laine, Joe Veleno, and Arber Xhekaj will be the healthy scratches for the Canadiens.

Dach Injury and Gallagher Milestone

The Canadiens will be without forward Kirby Dach, who is expected to miss two to four weeks due to an upper-body injury NHL.com. Tonight’s game will also be a special occasion for veteran forward Brendan Gallagher, who will be playing in his 900th career game.

Jakub Dobes has been confirmed as the starting goaltender for the Canadiens. He has a record of 21 wins, 7 losses, and 4 overtime losses this season Let’s Go Habs.
