Caramelo Undergoes Surgery for Gynecomastia

Carlos Antonio Cruz, known as “Caramelo,” recently underwent surgery to address gynecomastia, a benign enlargement of mammary gland tissue in men. The surgery was performed on his left breast.

Procedure Details

According to Dr. Yusef Marrero Sarkis, the surgeon who performed the procedure, Caramelo opted for surgery due to the presence of gynecomastia. Dr. Marrero Sarkis shared results of the aesthetic procedure on his Instagram account just twelve hours after the surgery.

The surgeon explained that the procedure involved an incision through the areola to remove the mammary gland tissue. Stitches are scheduled to be removed in eight days.

Post-Operative Results

Dr. Marrero Sarkis described the outcome as a “real transformation,” noting a corrected gynecomastia, imperceptible scar and absence of inflammation or bruising. He stated the patient was “100% happy” with the results.

Recent Projects and Personal Life

Caramelo gained recognition after winning “La casa de los famosos All-Stars” on Telemundo. He has also joined “La casa de Alofoke 2.” his recent relationship with Manelyk González has ended.

Caramelo himself expressed satisfaction with the early results, highlighting the improved condition of his chest shortly after the surgery.
