Caritas Italiana Launches #faifiorireitalenti Campaign at Sanremo 2026
From February 24th to 28th, 2026, Caritas Italiana will participate in the Sanremo Italian Song Festival for the first time, launching the #faifiorireitalenti (make talents bloom) campaign. This initiative aims to support the educational, training, and cultural paths of adolescents and young people, with a particular focus on artistic endeavors.
Addressing Educational Poverty
The campaign centers around the National Talent Fund, designed to provide resources for young people aged 14 to 20 who wish to pursue or continue an artistic and educational journey. Don Marco Pagniello, director of Caritas Italiana, highlights the pervasive issue of educational poverty, stating, “In our listening centers we meet families who, despite recognizing the talent and aspirations of their children, do not have the resources to support their paths. It is there that dreams risk being interrupted, not due to lack of ability, but due to lack of opportunities.” Caritas Italiana recognizes educational poverty as a critical challenge limiting opportunities for young generations.
A Call for Social Co-Responsibility
