Changwon Leisure Sports Park Targets Sales Increase with Online Expansion and Racing Innovation
Changwon Leisure Sports Park is implementing a strategic plan to boost its financial contribution to the local economy through expanded online sales and diversified racing operations. The park has set a 2026 sales target of KRW 266.8 billion, a 7.2% increase over the previous year, focusing on strengthening its online presence and innovating its racing offerings.
Expanding Online Sales Channels
Changwon Leisure Sports Park will significantly expand its non-face-to-face online release channels. Following a successful four-month trial period in the previous year, online releases will now be a year-round operation. The park plans to enhance user convenience and attract latest customers by integrating the online release system apps used in both Changwon and Busan.
Innovating Racing Operations
To increase customer participation, the number of races per day will be increased from 20 to 22. The park also plans to expand its existing Friday-Sunday bicycle race schedule to four days – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday – and introduce special commemorative bicycle races to enhance customer satisfaction.
Strengthening Industry Transparency
The park aims to strengthen the transparency and integrity of the gambling industry by activating online sales based on real-name accounts. These management innovations are expected to establish a stable sales base and contribute to the expansion of Changwon City’s local finances.
Leadership Statement
Jeong Won Jeong, Chairman of Changwon Leisure Sports Park, stated, “We are innovating the racing operation system in line with changes in the online environment and customer demands.” He added, “Through system integration and diverse racing operations, we will strive to provide customers with a better user experience and become a local public enterprise trusted by citizens.”
