AT&T is seeking a motivated Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales representative to drive revenue growth by developing and supporting channel partners in the Orlando, Florida market. This role focuses on strategic relationship management, training, and ensuring compliance within the indirect sales channel. Role Overview
The Specialist Cricket Indirect Sales position is field-based, requiring travel to acquire new business and conduct customer visits. When not in the field, collaboration with the team occurs from the assigned office location, if available. The core responsibility is to expand market share through indirect sales channels, contributing to AT&T’s overall revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored for indirect sales channels to maximize revenue.
- Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to channel partners, enhancing their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all channel partners adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with channel partners.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package for this role includes a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $82,600, plus a potential $20,000 Sales Target Incentive. AT&T offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- 2+ years of sales management experience preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of indirect channel management and customer-facing sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Current auto insurance.
- Reliable vehicle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a mid-level sales representative with a solid understanding of sales principles and AT&T products and services. They should be able to manage small to mid-size sales with ongoing supervision, exercise independent judgment, and contribute to a positive team environment. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred.
