The inquiry into Dr. Richard Lee as a suspect has taken several turns, with examinations recently concluding at the Polda Metro Jaya. While initially scheduled for 83 questions, the interrogation was halted after 73 due to Dr. Lee feeling unwell [[1]].

Richard Lee Named as Suspect

Dr.Richard Lee has been officially named a suspect by the Polda Metro Jaya in a case involving alleged violations of health and consumer protection laws [[2]]. This development follows a series of events stemming from a dispute with another doctor, known as Dokter Detektif (Dr. Samira Farahnaz).

The initial police report against Dr. Lee was filed by Dokter Detektif on december 2, 2024, with case number LP/B/7317/XII/2024/SPKT Polda Metro Jaya [[3]]. The core of the complaint revolved around allegations that Dr. Lee was operating his clinic illegally.

In response, Dr.lee also filed a counter-report against Dokter Detektif, leading to both individuals being named as suspects [[3]]. Dokter Detektif was initially named a suspect on December 12, 2025, in a defamation case brought forth by Dr. Lee.

dr. Lee was initially summoned for questioning on December 23,2025,but requested a postponement,ultimately appearing on January 7,2026 [[1]].

The investigation continues, with the remaining ten questions from the recent interrogation scheduled to be addressed next week, pending Dr. Lee’s health [[1]].
