Dr. Crittenden will lead Cigna Healthcare’s clinical organization, focusing on initiatives to deliver personalized, high-quality, and affordable care to customers and clinicians.

Extensive Healthcare Experience
Dr. Crittenden is an accomplished physician executive with extensive experience in managed care, clinical operations, population health, and value-based care. Most recently, he served as enterprise Chief Medical Officer at Quantum Health, a national healthcare navigation company, where he led clinical strategy and programs. Prior to Quantum Health, he held senior leadership positions at Evergreen Nephrology, a Rubicon Founders company, Anthem, and Humana, driving clinical transformation and performance across diverse care models.

He is actively involved in the American Society of Nephrology, serving on several national committees, and is recognized as a thought leader in healthcare delivery innovation and chronic disease care models.
