Piedmont Healthcare Announces Opening for Clinical Compliance Auditor

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Compliance Auditor to join its Compliance Audit team. This role, reporting to the Executive Director of Compliance Audit, will focus on enterprise-wide clinical compliance auditing, management of corrective action plans, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Compliance Auditor will be responsible for prioritizing and managing clinical compliance audits, monitoring adherence to Piedmont Healthcare’s policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations concerning clinical healthcare.

Qualifications

Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree in nursing or be a Licensed Practical Nurse. A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare auditing, or a related field is required. Licensure commensurate with the clinical degree is also necessary (e.g., RN licensure with a nursing degree).

Preferred qualifications include five years of experience in acute or post-acute care auditing or nursing, knowledge of Local and National Coverage Determinations, and a working knowledge of auditing techniques and standards.
