This recipe yields a small, elegant cocktail perfect as an aperitivo.

Ingredients:

* 15ml red vermouth – Bar Lina uses Karminia vermouth.
* 7ml strawberry liqueurBepi Tosolini’s Fragola is the preferred choice.
* Cherry kombucha, to top – You + I black cherry kombucha is recommended, but any cherry kombucha will work well.

Instructions:
