ConservaMi: The Milan Workshop That Repairs Anything
Annalisa Di Benedetto and Ginevra Zanoli, two students living away from home, encountered the problem of high prices in Milan. This was compounded by the standard response they received in shops whenever they tried to repair somthing: “Its better to buy it new…” Later, Annalisa and Ginevra, along with a third partner, sandro Forti – an expert in bicycle repairs – created a hub for the circular economy in Milan. It’s called Preserve Me, a large workshop for repairing various objects. It began in the historic Giambellino district and has since moved to its current location at “Nama,” the New Martesana amphitheater, in northern Milan.

Preserve Me features several dedicated spaces: tailoring, carpentry, and a general repair workshop.
