CORTIS Captivates Japanese Festivals, Previews May Album

Global K-pop group CORTIS has been making waves in Japan, performing at two major festivals and announcing plans for a new album release. The group’s recent performances demonstrate their growing popularity and expanding global reach.

Performances at Tokyo Girls Collection and D.U.N.K. Showcase

CORTIS performed at the ‘42nd Mynavi Tokyo Girls Collection 2026 SPRING/SUMMER’ on March 14th at the First Gymnasium of Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo . The Tokyo Girls Collection, established in 2005, is a large-scale event combining fashion and music . Despite not yet officially debuting in Japan, CORTIS was invited to perform as the finale of the festival .

During their 17-minute set, CORTIS performed five songs, including their hit “GO!”, “What You Want”, “JoyRide”, “FaSHioN”, and a preview of their new song, “YOUNGCREATORCREW” . Members interacted with the audience in Japanese, receiving a warm response .

Prior to the Tokyo Girls Collection, CORTIS performed at the ‘D.U.N.K. Showcase in K-Arena Yokohama 2026’ on March 13th . They premiered “YOUNGCREATORCREW” at this event, which was well-received by the audience .

Expanding Global Presence

CORTIS’s reach extends beyond Japan and into the United States. In February, they became the first K-pop artist to headline the NBA Crossover Concert Series .

Their debut album, ‘COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES,’ has surpassed 400 million streams on Spotify as of February 26th . The album achieved ‘double million seller’ status within six months of its release, selling over 2 million copies .

Upcoming Album Release

CORTIS is set to release the title track of their new album on April 20th, with the full 2nd mini album, ‘GREENGREEN,’ following on May 4th . The album will contain a total of six songs .
